Investor Construction, a State of Texas Corporation, is a consolidation of professionals dedicated to servicing the growing group of real estate investors throughout the United States. This consolidation consists of builders, finance officers, and business professionals whose combined talents enable Investor Construction to tailor projects to a wide range of investors and investment groups. Our primary objective is to work directly with both investment groups and individual investors to match the investment objectives of each party to projects we have available for them. Our focus in on new construction including single family as well has high density construction such as duplexes, tri and quadplexes and townhome communities.

Our structure is different than the large national builders and small private builders found in local communities. This structure difference begins with both pricing as well as scope of projects. We know that investors have different objectives than retail buyers and a primary objective for investors is equity as well as cash flow. In order to achieve either or both of these structuring a project from the start to be below market value is a primary focus when we evaluate projects. Unlike large national builders whose pricing is based entirely on retail appraised values our pricing is based on pure cost - costs priced from the ground up - not the top down appraised value method retail builders use. This allows us to build properties with larger built in equity than any other form of costing. Building at steep discounts enables an investor to keep primary financing to the lowest payments possible which in turn enables investors to begin cash flowing as soon as the project is completed. When compared to other investment opportunities (REO's, auctions, assumable mortgages, risky speculative purchases) our plan is different. New home construction provides a state mandated warranty as well as reducing the hassel of possible hidden damages found in pre-owned properties.

A key to our structure is our ability to work with the investment group or individual investor to make sure that the property has renters already lined up to move in once the property is completed. Since we are not retail oriented we know that making sure the property will be rented is key for our customers - the investors. This structure enables us to be a full service group that investors can turn to and trust which is our goal as a company.
Investment Groups Individual Investor
We work with investment groups who either want larger projects or to be able to bring larger projects to their individual investors. Small subdivisions of multifamily properties such as duplexes, etc. or townhome projects provide investment opportunity for the group and their individual clients.
We work with individual investors on two levels. First, individual investors can enter into larger projects they would normally not have access to by combining them with other individual investors and investment groups. Second, we place individual investors into small projects such as infill lots or left over lots in subdivisions.
